DAMAGED DELIVERY - Steps to follow in case of damaged delivery on tubeo.com

Damaged delivery:

Steps to follow when receiving the package: if upon receipt of the package you notice that the cardboard is damaged, you must determine the extent of the damage. For this we have divided the procedures into 2 possibilities, slightly damaged packages and heavily damaged packages. Depending on the type of damage, you will have the steps to follow with your delivery person to avoid any surprises later.

1 - For slightly damaged packages:

ACCEPT DELIVERY
To recognize a slightly damaged package
- Scratched cardboard: the cardboard has scratches.
- Open box: traces of friction are visible on the box protection.
- Wet cardboard: traces of water are visible on the cardboard protection.

If upon receipt of the package you notice that the cardboard is slightly damaged, you must follow the following steps to avoid any surprises later.

STEPS TO FOLLOW: Accept the delivery.

1 - Issue a reservation: sign your transport slip by issuing reservations such as "scratched box", "open box"...etc.
2 - Take a photo: position the products on the floor and take a photo of the problem.
3 - Accept delivery: accept the delivery and open the package.

Your products are intact and complete:
4A - Everything is good: you can start assembling your product ;).

Your products are damaged:
4B - Send an email: with the mention "Damaged delivery" as well as the order number to contact@tubeo.com (within 3 working days max).


2 - For heavily damaged packages:

REFUSE DELIVERY To recognize a heavily damaged package
- Folded product: the protection is damaged and the product has suffered damage.
- Broken product: the product is in several pieces.

If upon receipt of the package you notice that the cardboard is heavily damaged, you must follow the following steps to avoid any surprises later.

STEPS TO FOLLOW: Refuse delivery.

1 - Refuse delivery: refuse delivery and sign your transport slip stating the reason.
2 - Take a photo: position the products on the floor and take a photo of the problem.
3 - Send an email: with the mention "Delivery refused" as well as the order number to contact@tubeo.com (within 3 working days max).
