FIRST STEPS - Help for navigating the tubeo.com site

First steps on our site: the following information will allow you to easily navigate through the site by following the different steps listed below. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us via customer service or on the "Contact" tab located just above.

1 - Choose the type of product:

To choose the type of product you want, simply navigate through the two menus located at the top and on the left of our site. You have the choice between "Tubular fittings", "Round tubes", "Elastic tensioner", "Contact".

2 - Choose your model:

When you have chosen a product category, you will have in the form of a grid the different products available. We offer you its version for each product:
- Standard version.
- Raw version.
- Black version.

3 - Personalize the product:

All our fittings are customizable as desired, the aim being to obtain the product which adapts to your requirements. To do this, simply click on the “With powder coating” button and then enter the RAL color code.

4 - View the basket:

Your product will be automatically added to the cart, at the top right. You can choose to continue shopping, or simply go through the checkout process by clicking ORDER.

5 - Go through the order process:

In your basket, you can modify your choice or start the payment process by clicking on ORDER.

6 - Identify yourself:

If you already have an account with us, simply enter it in the fields on the right. Otherwise click on REGISTER.

7 - Create your account:

Complete the different fields to create your profile.
- If you are a company domiciled in France, remember to provide your VAT number (price displayed excluding tax on the site, invoicing including tax). Delete the FR country code and only enter the numbers (ex: FR123456789 becomes 123456789).
- If you are a company domiciled outside France, remember to provide your intra-community VAT number (purchase invoiced excluding VAT directly online). Delete the BE country code and only enter the numbers (e.g. BE123456789 becomes 123456789).

8 - Choose the delivery address:

Choose the delivery address you want to use for your order. Please note, in certain cases the delivery address may be different from the billing address.

9 - Choose the delivery method:

Choose the delivery method based on the type of product. Prices as well as approximate delivery dates are indicated on this page.

10 - Choose your payment method:

All you have to do is choose the payment method.
- Payment by Mollie allows you to pay: with your standard credit card (Mastercard, Visa, etc.).

- Payment by Paypal allows you to pay: either without a Paypal account with your standard credit card (Mastercard, Visa, etc.), or with a Paypal account.
