Double ring type JM168M-E60-RW fitting, with a fixed angle of 90° allowing it to be assembled with a female fitting to create an adjustable hook. Often used to build a store table or fix dibond type wood panels in a tubular frame.

What does size E60 (60.3mm) mean?
This is the external diameter of the tube recommended for optimal use of the fitting. Therefore, the E60 fittings are designed for tubes with an external diameter of 60.3mm. This allows the screw to attach well to the wall of the tube. The authorized external diameters must be between 59 and 61mm.
My tube is not 60.3mm?
The permitted external tube diameters must be between 59 and 61mm for correct fixation. If your tube is not within this margin, the screw may not contact the wall correctly.
How many cm do the fittings fit on the tube?
E60 fittings cover the tube by an average of 5.0cm, this may differ a little depending on the fitting model. Refer to the technical diagram available on each connection page, below the product description.
How much spacing between 2 vertical posts?
It depends on the type of tubes used as well as the thickness. As a precaution, we recommend reinforcement every 250cm** (2.5m) with the EN 10255 60.3mm (3.6mm) galvanized steel tube. This allows the tube to maintain its load capacity in a horizontal position.
How to attach the fittings to the tube?
To attach the fittings to the tube, simply use a suitable allen key and screw. For professional use on the pass-through contact, you will need to use a ratchet wrench and set a torque of 40Nm*.
Can raw fittings rust?
No, raw fittings do not rust. They are treated by galvanizing (hot dipping).
How do raw fittings age over time?
The raw connection, not being protected with a second protective layer of zinc, will lose its shine over time and tarnish. As the color of the fittings and raw tubes is not identical, powder coating ensures a uniform appearance.
Are screws included on the fittings?
Yes, all our fittings are delivered with their screws to fix them on the tube. However, the fixings for attaching the connector to a support such as wood, metal, concrete, etc. are not included. We offer the additional sale of individual screws in case you have lost, damaged or wish to replace them. You also have the option of purchasing security screws against vandalism.
