RETURN CONDITIONS - Exchange or refund of products on tubeo.com

Returning a product:

Conditions for returning a product: in accordance with the provisions of article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, you have 30 days to return one or more items to us depending on the type of problem encountered. We have divided the procedures into 3 possibilities:

PLEASE NOTE: You are with the delivery person and the package is damaged.

If upon receipt of the package in the presence of the delivery person you observe that the package is damaged, here are the steps:
1 - Make a reservation: if your package is slightly damaged , sign your transport slip expressing reservations then accept the package.
2 - Refuse the package: if your package is heavily damaged , refuse the order and sign your transport slip stating the reason.
3 - Take a photo: position the products on the floor and take a photo of the problem.
4 - Send an email: with the mention "Delivery refused" as well as the order number to contact@tubeo.com (within 3 working days max).



1 - Return of a defective, non-compliant or damaged product:

You have received and opened the packages. If the products need to be returned to us for defects or non-conformity , they must be the subject of a return request to our Customer Service within 30 days after receipt of the order. Any complaint made outside this deadline cannot be accepted. The products must be returned in new condition and in their original packaging. Otherwise, all costs of restoring the product would be the responsibility of the buyer.

STEPS TO FOLLOW: To return damaged products.

1 - Take a photo: position the products on the floor and take a photo of the problem.
2 - Send an email: with the photo and the mention "Products damaged in the order" as well as the order number to contact@tubeo.com .

Customer service does not need to see the damaged product:
3A - Product exchange: after validation by our customer service, we will return the new product.

Customer service needs to see the damaged product:
3B - Print your slip: after receiving our confirmation email, print the return slip received.
3B - Return of goods: send your package as indicated here "Return order" .

The return of the product can only be accepted for products in their original condition (packaging, accessories, instructions) and with its return number provided by Customer Service.

STEPS TO FOLLOW: To return non-personalized products.

1 - Send an email with the mention “Order exchange request” as well as the order number to contact@tubeo.com .
2 - Print your slip after receiving our confirmation email, print the return slip received and send your package as indicated here "Return order" .
3 - Return of goods after receipt and verification of your package, we will return the new order.


3 - Reimbursement of a product:

If the products need to be returned to us for a refund , they must be the subject of a return request to our Customer Service within 30 days after receipt of the order. Any complaint made outside this deadline cannot be accepted. The products must be returned in new condition and in their original packaging. Otherwise, all costs of restoring the product would be the responsibility of the buyer.

1 - Send an email with the mention “Order refund request” as well as the order number to contact@tubeo.com .
2 - Print your slip after receiving our confirmation email, print the return slip received and send your package as indicated here "Return order" .
3 - Return of goods after receipt and verification of your package, we will reimburse directly to your bank account.


4 - How to return your package:

After validation by our customer service, several options are available to you for sending your package:

LA POSTE: To return light products with La Poste:

1 - Include the slip: place the return slip in your package before closing it.
2 - Postage at home: postage your package online on the La Poste website.
3 - Print the label: print then stick the return label on the package.
4 - Track the package: note the tracking number written on the return label to be able to track your package.
5 - Drop off the package: drop off your package at your post office.

CHRONOPOST: To return heavy products with Chronopost:

1 - Include the slip: place the return slip in your package before closing it.
2 - Postage at home: postage your parcel online on the Chronopost website.
3 - Print the label: print then stick the return label on the package.
4 - Track the package: note the tracking number written on the return label to be able to track your package.
5 - Drop off the package: drop off your package at your Chronopost office.
