ORDER RETURN - How to return your package on tubeo.com

How to prepare your return order: to properly return your order: Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

PLEASE NOTE: return costs are your responsibility.

We strive to offer you discounted shipping costs on very heavy products. To do this, we cover part of this amount and charge this loss to our margin so that the customer can order products worldwide with attractive delivery rates. We therefore ask our customers to cover the return costs so as not to penalize other buyers.



1 - Print the return document:

After validation by customer service, you will receive a return document by email to print at home. Please complete it by hand with the following mandatory information:

1 - Order number: you can find it on your order confirmation or invoice.
2 - Customer name: the name displayed on the order confirmation.
3 - Product: the reference of the products in question.
4 - Reason for return: exchange, refund, defective.


2 - Prepare your package:

Place the products in question in their clean original packaging, using clear tape to seal it. Properly support the part's packaging so that it does not move in the package during transport. Heavy parts require careful support for transport. Use crumpled paper or bubble wrap to secure the packaging and avoid any risk of damage.

1 - Choose a cardboard box: take a box large enough to protect the parts well.
2 - Prop the pieces: prop them up properly with crumpled or bubble wrap.
3 - Insert the return document: place the document on top of the parts.
4 - Close the box: close everything with adhesive.


3 - Postage your package online. :

Go to the website of the carrier of your choice and postage your package with the appropriate weight and dimensions. Provide the return address stipulated by customer service.

LA POSTE: To return light products with La Poste:

1 - Postage at home: postage your parcel online on the La Poste website
2 - Print label: print the carrier label.
3 - Track the package: note the tracking number written on the return label to be able to track your package.


CHRONOPOST: To return heavy products with Chronopost:

1 - Postage at home: postage your parcel online on the Chronopost website
2 - Print label: print the carrier label.
3 - Track the package: note the tracking number written on the return label to be able to track your package.

4 - Stick the transport label:

Cut out then stick the right part of the transport label on your package and have the left part stamped at the Post Office or with the carrier of your choice, this will be your proof of deposit.

5 - Drop off your package:

Drop off your return package at a post office or with the carrier of your choice.

6 - Return received:

Our returns department checks the returned part, and if your return is accepted, you will receive an email informing you of the reshipment or reimbursement of the parts concerned, according to your request. It will also specify the deadline and method of reimbursement (check, credit card, etc.) applied to your return.
