DELIVERY - Deliveries and returns on tubeo.com

1.1 - DELIVERY ADDRESS AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
In your “My Account” space, you can enter as many delivery addresses as you wish. With each new order, without having to re-enter everything, you select the delivery address of your choice.

To ensure your delivery is received correctly and on time, it is essential to provide the most complete address possible.
- Company name.
- First and last name.
- Full address.
- At least 1 telephone number, ideally a cell phone.

Because unlike La Poste which delivers parcels on a daily basis, they take into account more or less complete addresses. For transport companies which pass less regularly, however, this would increase the risk of litigation.
The delivery line shows the production time in working days AND the delivery time in working days.
1.2 - DIMENSION AND WEIGHT OF PACKAGES
1.2.1 - SMALL package
The packages are in small format for the following dimensions:
- Any purchase consisting only of fittings.
- Any purchase not exceeding a length of 100cm.
- Any purchase not exceeding a weight of 60 kg.
1.2.2 - MEDIUM parcel
The packages are in medium format for the following dimensions:
- Any purchase consisting of fitting and tube < 200cm.
- Any purchase not exceeding a length of 200cm.
- Any purchase not exceeding a weight of 60 kg.
1.2.3 - LARGE package
The packages are in large format for the following dimensions:
- Any purchase consisting of fitting and tube < 400cm.
- Any purchase not exceeding a length of 400cm.
- Any purchase not exceeding a weight of 150 kg.
1.2.4 - XXL packages
The packages are in xxl format for the following dimensions:
- Any purchase consisting of fitting and tube < 400cm.
- Any purchase not exceeding a length of 400cm.
- Any purchase not exceeding a weight of 500 kg.
The maximum length of the tubes is 4m (excluding express service, see section “1.3 - Delivery company“).
1.3 - DELIVERY COMPANY
For reasons of price competitiveness and quality of service, tubeo.com may have to work with other delivery companies or both for the same order, knowing that to simplify and standardize shipments and their tracking we will limit our partnership with two companies maximum.
1.3.1 - National Transport
SMALL package:
- Gls flex single-package max 50kg.
- Standard multi-package ups max 50kg.
- Ups express multi-parcel max 50kg.
- Chronopost 13H multi-package max 30kg.

MEDIUM package:
- Gls flex max length 120cm.
- Standard ups max length 200cm.
- Ups express max length 200cm.

LARGE package:
- France express max length 300cm.
- Geodis messaging max length 400cm.

XXL package:
- Geodis messaging max length 400cm.
1.3.2 - Transport Europe*
Transport to Europe for Benelux, Germany, Spain, Italy, England (*) and rest of the world.
*Excluding islands and uncovered regions, more details in section "1.5 - Delivery price".
SMALL package:
- Gls flex single-package max 50kg.
- Standard multi-package ups max 50kg.
- Ups express multi-parcel max 50kg.

MEDIUM package:
- Gls flex max length 120cm.
- Standard ups max length 200cm.
- Ups express max length 200cm.

LARGE package:
- Geodis euro express max length 300cm.
- Geodis euro first max length 400cm.

XXL package:

1.4 - DELIVERY TIME
The delivery line shows the production time in working days AND the delivery time in working days.

1.4.1 - National Transport
Tubeo.com offers two types of delivery: Express or Economy.
Our “national” delivery times do not take into account that of the French Overseas Territories and Corsica for reasons of distance (you wish to have it delivered there, see section “1.5 - Delivery prices”), it goes without saying that everything will be done to ensure that the delivery time is as quick as possible.
Orders take effect upon receipt of payment before 12:00 p.m. + production time. All orders placed after 12:00 p.m. will be taken into account on D+1. Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, an email will be sent to you with the tracking number with a delivery time (variation due to distance, weather condition or exceptional event). Below, the average delivery times observed over a year.
SMALL package:
- Gls flex (2/3 days).
- Standard UPS (2/3 days).
- Express UPS (1/2 days).
- Chronopost 13H (1/2 days).

MEDIUM package:
- Gls flex (2/3 days).
- Standard UPS (2/3 days).
- Express UPS (1/2 days).

LARGE package:
- France express (1/2 days).
- Geodis messaging (3/4 days).

XXL package: >
- Geodis messaging (3/4 days).
1.4.2 - Transport Europe*
*European transport to Benelux, Germany, Spain, Italy, United Kingdom.
Tubeo.com offers two types of delivery for shipments outside of France to these European countries: Express or Economic, knowing that they may be more or less rapid depending on the country of destination.
SMALL package:
- Gls flex (2/4 days).
- Standard UPS (2/4 days).
- Express UPS (1/3 days).
- Chronopost 13H (1/3 days).

MEDIUM package:
- Gls flex (2/4 days).
- Standard UPS (2/4 days).
- Express UPS (1/3 days).

LARGE package:
- France express (1/3 days).
- Geodis messaging (3/7 days).

XXL package:
- Geodis messaging (3/7 days).

Our “European” deadlines do not take into account:
- Benelux: Frisian Islands.
- Spain: Balearic Islands, Island of Formentera, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melillapour,
- United Kingdom: Isle of Wight, Isle of Jersey and Guernsey Man Lewis and Shetland Islands.
This for reasons of distance (you wish to have it delivered there, see section “1.5 - Delivery price”), it goes without saying that everything will be done to ensure that the delivery time is as quick as possible.
1.4.3 - International transport
Tubeo.com offers a standard delivery time of > 7 working days for shipments outside France to the rest of the world, knowing that it may be more or less rapid depending on the country of destination and their formality.
The order procedure being different (see section “1.5 delivery prices”), the time will depend on the validation of the order and the country of destination.
Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, an email will be sent to you with the tracking number.
1.5 - DELIVERY PRICE
We have implemented pricing that allows you to know precisely the delivery costs of your products. All you have to do is add the product to the basket and the delivery price will be automatically displayed (for the price of deliveries outside France, you must register and enter the country). This way, you don't have any last minute surprises when finalizing your order.

To guarantee you a quality shipment, our delivery rates include:
- Postal costs.
- Computer processing of your files.
- Packaging in suitable packaging for optimal protection and handling.
- Order tracking.

You are notified by e-mail at each key stage of your order (from taking into account to sending).

The method of calculating delivery costs:
- For purchases of fittings only, delivery costs correspond to the addition of the weight of the fittings and are delivered in a box.
- For multiple purchases of fittings and tubes, delivery costs are grouped into a single package (where possible) and therefore correspond to the total weight of the package and its volume.
- For purchases with the powder coating option, a supplement of €30 excluding tax is added to the delivery, which corresponds to the preparation of the products as well as the reinforcement of their protection for transport.
- For volumes exceeding the site limit with non-palletizable lengths (>250cm), delivery costs may be applied corresponding to a mode of transport by charter (loading and unloading from the side which requires suitable equipment such as manitou), please request a quote.
1.5.1 - National Transport

- Estimated delivery date with estimated time of delivery.

MEDIUM package:
- Delivery costs are fixed.
- Possibility of tracking the package live.
- Estimated delivery date with estimated time of delivery.

LARGE package:
- Delivery costs are at cost price, they will be displayed as soon as the product is in the basket.
- Packages are invoiced by weight bracket: 5, 10, 15, 20, 30kg...etc.
- Ability to track the package per day.
- Estimated delivery date.
- Be careful with heavy and bulky packages.

XXL package:
- Delivery costs are at cost price, they will be displayed as soon as the product is in the basket.
- Packages are invoiced by weight bracket: 5, 10, 15, 20, 30kg...etc.
- Ability to track the package per day.
- Estimated delivery date.
- For volumes exceeding the site limit with non-palletizable lengths (>250cm), delivery costs may be applied corresponding to a mode of transport by charter (loading and unloading from the side which requires suitable equipment such as manitou), please request a quote.

A surplus is charged for shipments to the French Overseas Territories and Corsica, for all orders for these destinations: send us a quote request to calculate the exact shipping costs.
1.5.2 - Transport Europe*
Standard sized and bulky packages are billed per m3.
Having a roaming contract with the delivery company for the Benelux, Germany, Italy, Spain and United Kingdom, the amount of delivery costs will be displayed upon customer registration, once the address has been entered.
SMALL package:
- Delivery costs are fixed.
- Possibility of tracking the package live.
- Estimated delivery date with estimated time of delivery.

MEDIUM package:
- Delivery costs are at cost price, they will be displayed as soon as the product is in the basket.
- Possibility of tracking the package live.
- Estimated delivery date with estimated time of delivery.

LARGE package:
- Delivery costs are at cost price, they will be displayed as soon as the product is in the basket.
- Packages are invoiced by weight bracket: 5, 10, 15, 20, 30kg...etc.
- Ability to track the package per day.

1.5.3 - International transport
For orders to European countries which are not in this roaming contract and the rest of the world, a message will alert them upon registration and they will be able to find out their price and delivery time by sending a quote request.
1.6 - DELIVERY VERIFICATION
Upon receipt of your order and before the carrier's departure, you must open it and verify it, both with regard to the conformity and quantity of the products.

- To this end, you will sign a delivery or transport slip.
- You will be able to issue the necessary reservations, detailed, legible, as precise as possible in the event of anomalies noted (breakages; damage; non-compliance: Product error, different color and/or dimensions; missing items, etc.).
In this case, you will have to refuse delivery of the package. You will confirm your reservations to us either by email to the following address contact@tubeo.com or by telephone to the following number: 04 34 11 24 58 (non-premium rate number), clearly specifying the order number concerned within 3 days, not including public holidays, following delivery.

In the event of proven non-compliance or if INSIDE OUT agrees on a commercial basis to take back your product, the new shipment of the products concerned will be made within the limits of stock availability. Failing this, we will cancel the unavailable product and refund it.
In the case of an accepted delivery that you consider to be non-compliant, a study of your request will be made for which we thank you for sending us a photograph of the product that you consider to be non-compliant to the address contact@tubeo.com .

Please note: In the absence of reserves or in the event of insufficient reserves, we reserve the right to refuse the return, exchange or refund of your products. As soon as you have signed the delivery slip, without specific reservation, the responsibilities of the carrier and tubeo.com will be released for any damage caused during delivery operations. Please note that the words “subject to unpacking” or “risk of missing part” have no legal significance and cannot relieve the customer of their duty to check the condition of the delivered goods.

If the delivery person does not give you time to check the condition of the goods (quality and quantity), for whatever reason, you must specify this on the transport slip and have the driver countersign. In the absence of specific reservations on the delivery slip, the goods will be considered as delivered in conformity.
For large packages, plan to be reachable and with backup because in the company's transport contract it is stipulated that the package is left by the carrier at the customer's address but not in front of the door. Of course in most cases the help of the carrier is observed but depending on its schedule and its directives it is not required to do so. 
1.7 - PRODUCT RETURN
1.7.1 - Return of defective, non-compliant or damaged product
If the products need to be returned to us for defects or non-compliance, they must be the subject of a return request to our:

- Customer Service by email contact@tubeo.com within 100 days after receipt of the order. Any complaint made outside this deadline cannot be accepted.

The return of the product can only be accepted for products in their original condition (packaging, accessories, instructions) and with its return number and address provided by Customer Service.

In the event of damage, you must return the damaged item to us, even if it was delivered to you completely broken. Upon receipt of the item and after noticing the damage, we will exchange it, give you a voucher or refund it, depending on your choice. You should therefore under no circumstances throw away the items. 
1.7.2 - Other product return
As indicated in the conditions of sale: 1.9 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

- For items that are not personalized (fittings), the non-professional buyer has a period of one hundred clear days to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay penalties, with the exception of return costs. This period starts from receipt of the ordered goods. When the thirty-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended until the first following working day. The products must be returned in new condition and in their original packaging. Otherwise, all costs of restoring the product would be the responsibility of the buyer.
- For so-called personalized or consumable items (tube, elastics, powder-coated product, etc.), the buyer does not have the right of withdrawal because the products are made to measure at the customer's request and as a security measure in order to avoid being put back on sale and to guarantee the sale of a new product.

The return of the product can only be accepted for products in their original condition (packaging, accessories, instructions) and its return number and address provided by Customer Service.

For large packages delivered by Calberson Geodis, plan to be reachable and with backup because in the company's transport contract it is stipulated that the package is left by the carrier at the customer's address but not in front of the door. Of course in most cases the help of the carrier is observed but depending on its schedule and instructions it is not required to do so.
