C'est le diamètre extérieur du tube recommandé pour une utilisation optimale du raccord. Du coup les raccords C42 sont prévus pour des tubes de diamètre extérieur 42.4mm. Combien de cm les raccords rentrent-ils sur le tube ?

Les raccords C42 recouvrent le tube en moyenne de 3.5cm, cela peut différer un peu en fonction du modèle de raccord. Référez vous au schéma technique disponible sur chaque page de raccord, en dessous de la description du produit.

Combien d'espacement entre 2 poteaux verticaux ?

Cela dépend du type de tubes utilisé ainsi que de l'épaisseur. Par précaution, nous conseillons un renfort tous les 200cm** (2.0m) avec le tube en acier galvanisé EN 10255 42.4mm (3.2mm). Cela permet au tube de conserver sa capacité de charge en position horizontale.

Comment fixer les raccords sur le tube ?

Pour fixer les raccords sur le tube, il vous suffit d'utiliser une clef allen adaptée et de visser. Pour une utilisation professionnelle au contact de passage, il faudra utiliser une clef à cliquet et régler un couple de torsion de 40Nm*.

Les raccords brut peuvent-ils rouiller ?

Non, les raccords brut ne rouillent pas. Ils sont traités par galvanisation (trempage à chaud).

Comment les raccords brut vieillissent dans le temps ?

Le raccord brut n'étant protégée d'une seconde couche de protection en zinc, va perdre de sa brillance dans le temps et ternir. La teinte des raccords et des tubes brut n'étant pas identique, le thermolaquage assure un aspect homogène.

Le tube 42.4mm est-t-il adapté au cintre d'une penderie ?

Oui, le tube 42.4mm peut s'adapter sur certains cintres en vente aujourd'hui sur le marché français, mais il faudra les détordre un peu pour bien glisser. Le diamètre idéal pour les cintres est le tube de diamètre 33.7mm.
