Raccord JM101-A27-BK en T court permettant d'assembler 2 tubes à 90°. Le raccord a reçu un traitement par cataphorèse pour obtenir la couleur noir mat. Le raccord ne permet pas de relier 2 tubes dans l'accroche, utiliser le raccord en T long JM104 ou alors un insert interne JM150. Souvent utilisé pour les intermédiaires de garde-corps, de balustrade ou de rack de stockage.

Que signifie la taille A27 (26.9mm) ?

C'est le diamètre extérieur du tube recommandé pour une utilisation optimale du raccord. Du coup les raccords A27 sont prévus pour des tubes de diamètre extérieur 26.9mm. Cela permet au vis de bien se fixer sur la paroi du tube. Les diamètres extérieurs autorisés doivent être compris entre 26 et 28mm.

Mon tube ne mesure pas exactement 26.9mm ?

Les diamètres extérieurs de tube autorisés doivent être compris entre 26 et 28mm pour une fixation correcte. Si votre tube ne figure pas dans cette marge, le vis risque de ne pas toucher correctement la paroi.

Combien de cm les raccords rentrent-ils sur le tube ?

Les raccords A27 recouvrent le tube en moyenne de 2.5cm, cela peut différer un peu en fonction du modèle de raccord. Référez vous au schéma technique disponible sur chaque page de raccord, en dessous de la description du produit.

Combien d'espacement entre 2 poteaux verticaux ?

Cela dépend du type de tubes utilisé ainsi que de l'épaisseur. Par précaution, nous conseillons un renfort tous les 100cm** (1.0m) avec le tube en acier galvanisé EN 10255 26.9mm (2.6mm). Cela permet au tube de conserver sa capacité de charge en position horizontale.

Comment fixer les raccords sur le tube ?

Pour fixer les raccords sur le tube, il vous suffit d'utiliser une clef allen adaptée et de visser. Pour une utilisation professionnelle au contact de passage, il faudra utiliser une clef à cliquet et régler un couple de torsion de 40Nm*.

Les raccords peuvent-ils rouiller ?

Oui, les raccords tubulaires de la gamme BK (BLACK) peuvent rouiller en extérieur. Ils sont traités par cataphorèse permettant d'obtenir une finition noir mat idéal pour l'intérieur mais ne protège pas lors d'une exposition en extérieur.

Comment les raccords vieillissent dans le temps ?

La gamme BK permet de garder un aspect homogène dans le temps si le raccord est bien gardé en intérieur. Dans le cas d'une exposition en extérieur, une dépigmentation peut être observé ansi que l'apparition de rouille.

Les vis sont-ils inclus sur les raccords ?

Oui, tous nos raccords sont livrés avec leurs vis pour les fixer sur le tube. Par contre les fixations pour attacher le raccord sur un support comme le bois, métal, béton..etc ne sont pas inclus. Nous proposons la vente supplémentaire de vis à l'unité au cas où vous en avez perdu, esquinté ou souhaitez les remplacer. Vous avez aussi la possibilité d'acheter des vis de sécurité contre le vandalisme.
