| INFO TUBO DE ACERO GALVANIZADO 48,3MM.

Tubo de acero galvanizado de 48,3 mm de diámetro y 3,20 mm de espesor. Presenta un peso más elevado (3,36 kg/m) pero ofrece una gran resistencia, muy utilizado en el diseño de estructuras que requieren soportar cargas pesadas como barandillas, soportes para paneles fotovoltaicos, barreras de seguridad, etc. Estos tubos están destinados a un uso estándar con una conexión D48.

¿Qué significa el tamaño D48 (48,3 mm)?

Este es el diámetro exterior del tubo recomendado para un uso óptimo del racor. Por ello, los racores D48 están diseñados para tubos con un diámetro exterior de 48,3 mm. Esto garantiza que el tornillo se sujete correctamente a la pared del tubo. Los diámetros exteriores permitidos deben situarse entre 47 y 49 mm.

Mi tubo no es de 48,3 mm?

Los diámetros exteriores de tubo permitidos deben situarse entre 47 y 49 mm para garantizar una correcta fijación. Si su tubo no se encuentra dentro de este margen, es posible que el tornillo no haga contacto de forma adecuada con la pared del tubo.

¿Cuántos centímetros necesitan los accesorios dentro del tubo?

Los racores D48 cubren el tubo una media de 4,0 cm, esto puede variar un poco según el modelo de racor. Consulte el diagrama técnico disponible en cada página de conexión, justo debajo de la descripción del producto.

¿Qué distancia debe haber entre 2 postes verticales?

Depende del tipo de tubos utilizados y de su grosor. Como medida de precaución, recomendamos añadir un refuerzo cada 200cm** (2,0m) utilizando un tubo de acero galvanizado EN 10255 de 48,3mm (3,2mm). Esto permite que el tubo mantenga su capacidad de carga en posición horizontal.

¿Cómo fijar los accesorios al tubo?

Para fijar los racores al tubo, basta con utilizar una llave Allen y el tornillo adecuado. Para un uso profesional en zonas de paso, será necesario utilizar una llave de trinquete y aplicar un par de apriete de 40 Nm*.

Se pueden oxidar los tubos?

No, el tubo de acero galvanizado que se vendemos en nuestro sitio no se oxida. Está tratado mediante galvanización (inmersión en caliente).

¿Cómo envejecen los tubos con el tiempo?

El tubo de acero galvanizado conservará una apariencia uniforme en interiores y, con el tiempo, podrá empañarse ligeramente en exteriores.

Se incluyen tornillos en los accesorios?

Sí, todos nuestros racores se entregan con los tornillos necesarios para fijarlos al tubo. Sin embargo, no se incluyen las fijaciones para montar el conector sobre un soporte como madera, metal, hormigón, etc. Ofrecemos la venta adicional de tornillos individuales en caso de que los hayas perdido, dañado o desees reemplazarlos. También tienes la opción de adquirir tornillos de seguridad antivandalismo.
